How it works

  1. Create your account

    Enter your email, follow the link we send, then choose a password and fill in your name, position and base.

  2. Upload this month's slip

    Check what was read, untick anything that looks wrong, and confirm.

  3. Invite your squad

    Share the invite code. Each person decides how much of their roster the squad sees.

Straight answers

  • It reads rosters automatically and can get things wrong. Your airline's official roster always comes first.
  • Right now it reads one layout of crew schedule slip (PDF). If yours is different, the import says so straight away, and you can still add duties by hand.
  • The file you upload is read and then discarded. We keep the schedule read from it and the file's name. The copy you review, with the name and rank printed on the slip, is erased once you confirm or discard it.
  • Nothing is shared until you join a squad or turn your link on, and new accounts start at busy or free only.
  • CrewSchedule is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with any airline and never asks for your airline login.
