In short

CrewSchedule is a free tool that turns your crew schedule slip into a calendar. It reads rosters automatically and can make mistakes, so your airline's official roster always comes first. Use it for your own roster, share only what you choose, and treat other people's schedules with care.

About CrewSchedule

CrewSchedule (the "Service") is an independent project run by an individual based in Thailand. You can reach us at [email protected]. By ticking the box when you set up your account, you agree to these terms.

The Service is free. We don't show ads and we don't sell your data. If we introduce paid features, we will update these terms and tell you before anything is charged.

Your airline's roster always comes first

The Service reads your slip automatically and can get things wrong, and airlines change rosters after a slip is issued. Always check your duties against your airline's official roster. Don't rely on the Service to decide when or where to report for duty, or for rest, flight-time or any safety-related decision.

Your account and your roster

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Upload only your own roster, and only if your airline's rules allow you to use it this way.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Menu, Account. Your data is removed with it.

Sharing

You decide who sees your schedule and how much: full details, layover cities only, or busy/free only. Squad members see it at the level you choose. Your Share link is off until you turn it on; anyone who has the link, or your calendar feed address, can see your schedule, so share them only with people you trust. You can switch the link off or replace either address at any time.

Fair use

Please don't upload someone else's roster, use the Service to track or harass anyone, pass on other people's schedules, try to get into accounts or Squads that aren't yours, or interfere with how the Service works. We may suspend or close an account that does.

No guarantees

The Service is run by one person on a best-effort basis and is provided "as is". You use it at your own risk. It may be unavailable, change, or close, and we can't promise it is always accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by relying on the Service without checking your airline's official roster, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost earnings. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.

Not connected to any airline

CrewSchedule is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any airline. It never connects to airline systems and never asks for your airline login.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand; if you live elsewhere, you keep the protection your own country's consumer laws give you.
